Our Dulhunty Poles design and engineering team will work with clients to ensure any selected pole mounted attachment they have, will meet the load bearing requirements for certain Titan Poles. In the past, these attached items have included transformer and switchgear mounting brackets, pole top conductor mounting, and more.
The incorporated 12mm/m taper in the manufactured Titan, assists greatly in the fixing of attachments.
Our design analysis includes determination of how such specific attachments to the pole may affect the resultant strength and durability of the pole.
This service can be applied to the standard Titan range or, if the initial analysis duly demands a specific engineered Titan is required, that manufactured Titan prototype will also be subjected to the appropriate testing and proving regime. No new Titan design will be forwarded to the client until it has been proven to satisfy all applicable requirements, no matter how stringent they may be.
