Delivery within Australia is by road, and for extra-long haulage, rail transport is considered.
All Titan poles are typically provided to clients as integral items –2 piece poles are pre-joined at the factory and shipped as a single item.
Where practical, poles are packed in strapped fours (or pairs) for stability in transit, with every effort being made to match the pole sizes in each pack. However, order requirements may necessitate the combination of unlike pole sizes in a pack and the receiving location will need to separate these items and move the separated pieces to designated locations.
Poles are strapped with Polypropylene strapping that may be re-cycled. The number of straps used per pole will vary with length and strength of the poles within the pack.
Our detailed Titan Pole Users Guide is forwarded to clients at time of delivery which covers the shipping, transporting of Titan Poles and includes recommended safe work practices for unloading and storage.
For export shipping, Titan Poles are usually packed into shipping containers and not unlike the onshore situations above, ideally poles are also strapped fours (or pairs) of same sizes for stability in transit.
If poles of different sizes are strapped and packed together, they will be readily identifiable pre unloading.
