The high voltage powerline (just visible on lefthand side of below photo), is structured between the mountains of Mount Horrible and Mount Misery near Christchurch, New Zealand. This powerline required major structural maintenance works and in a credible network management decision, Orion New Zealand Electrical Services and Transnet carried out substantial pole replacements with long life Titan poles.

Being in such difficult terrain the bushfire proof, low cost whole of life Titan Pole was the only choice, ensuring the forever status of the powerline for a lifetime and much more.
