All Titan Pole and Titan Pile products’ engineered designs, are developed by computer controlled equipment leaving no scope for operator initiated changes during manufacturing. Process programs are developed by engineering staff and locked in, following Finite Element Analysis of new and or modified designs.
Our manufacturing process allows for a high degree of flexibility in developing programs, incorporating a set change of type for each succeeding pole. This allows the regular manufacture of standard pole types, interspersed with special poles for individual customer needs when required.
